If you’re one of the hundreds of thousands that accept credit and debit cards through a merchant account, Intuit and QuickBooks Payments , have made it official! You can now offer your customers the option of paying with Apple Pay. In the very near future, you’ll be able to accept PayPal payments, too.
In order to do so some mandatory merchant agreement updates were necessary, so check your merchant agreements for the updates and the support you may need to use the new features.
Summary of the changes:
- Pricing Schedule. Make sure you see our new competitive pricing plan.
- Merchant Agreement. Look for links to the Apple Pay terms and the PayPal terms, as well as some small changes required by the Card Brands.
- Acceptable Use Policy. Please note updates for Apple Pay and PayPal and some restrictions on prohibited merchants, activities or transactions.
You can read the full list of agreements and other legal documents now in effect that are applicable to your use of one or more Intuit payment processing or merchant services. For more details, visit our Help Center.
